Hi, I’m Sam, the founder of 2 Strong Fitness and a passionate Personal Trainer dedicated to helping everyday people become stronger, healthier, and more confident.
With years of experience in the fitness industry, I specialise in creating personalised training programmes that are realistic, effective, and designed around your individual goals.
Fitness has always been a big part of my life, and over the years I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—whether they’re stepping into a gym for the very first time, returning after a break, or looking to take their training to the next level.
I understand that starting can feel overwhelming, which is why my approach is simple, supportive, and tailored to you. My goal is to help you build sustainable habits, enjoy the process, and achieve results that last.
